HIGH SEASON RATES - December through April

* $850 per week (equivalent of 7th night free).

LOW SEASON RATES - May through November

* $125 per night.
* $750 per week (equivalent of 7th night free).
* Want a longer stay? We'll work out a special rate for you.

We also offer a 10% discount if you book both villas at the same time.

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Reservations will be canceled if deposit is not received within one week of booking. The balance is due 30 days before your arrival. Payments can be made by international wire transfer (we pay the wire transfer costs), or by personal or corporate checks drawn on a Panamanian bank. Refunds will be given only in cases of documented medical emergency or in cases of emergency unavailability, unless we are able to rebook the dates. We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

RATES INCLUDE:

* Transportation between Bocas airport and Casa Selva del Mar, with a stop at the Gourmet Grocery where you can buy food and beverages for your villa (and free transportation back to Bocas upon departure)
* Continental breakfast fixings (coffee/tea/hot chocolate, juice, bread/butter/jelly, muffins) delivered to your villa
* Free use of kayaks, snorkels and fins
* Free use of "jungle boots" for walking through the rainforest
* Free access to our extensive library of books and DVD's
* Use of prepaid cell phone (you buy the phone cards)
* Unlimited internet access

You will be charged extra for:

* Delicious family style dinners at Casa Grande (on request)
* No host bar, open daily
* Extra trips to town for tours, shopping, dinners out
* Phonecards for prepaid cell phones
